Hi, I’m Heather Enciso, a financial coach, educator, and advocate for Financial Empowerment Through Self-Awareness and Transformation.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping individuals understand their money narratives, identify emotional and psychological roadblocks, and reclaim their financial power.

My passion for coaching and leading educational workshops stems from a deep truth I’ve repeatedly seen: money is never just about numbers. It’s about the stories we carry, often inherited, unexamined, and rooted in fear, shame, or survival. These internal narratives shape what we believe we deserve, what we think is possible, and what we avoid or pursue.

I’ve witnessed firsthand the powerful transformation that happens when someone begins to challenge those stories. Whether it’s a woman stepping into financial independence for the first time, or someone unpacking generational and cultural beliefs about money, the paradigm shift is real, and it’s life changing.

That’s why I created this space: to help you explore your money narrative, uncover hidden blocks, and build a more empowered, conscious relationship with your finances.

This isn’t financial advising or asset management, and it’s not budgeting. This work is about mindset, clarity, and reclaiming your agency when it comes to money.
